Tucked away in the heart of the Sierra Valley, Constellation Creek is more than just a cabin resort, it's a sanctuary for the soul and a playground for the imagination. Our Artist Residency Program is your chance to step away from the noise of everyday life, breathe in pure mountain air and let your creativity run wild. Whether you're a musician with a song in your heart or a visual artist seeking fresh inspiration, we've got a cozy cabin waiting just for you.
Overview
Who We’re Looking For: Musicians, Visual Artists (painting, drawing, photography, sculpture—you name it), storytellers.
How Long You Can Stay: 1 to 4 weeks.
What’s the Deal?: This is a creative trade—free accommodation in a comfy cabin in exchange for sharing your talents with us and our guests.
Showtime: Musicians will perform once a week at our cozy campfire gatherings. Visual artists, storytellers can host a laid-back workshop / create a piece of art to enhance the beauty of our special place… we’re open to all suggestions.
What we provide
A charming private cabin (complete with a kitchenette, bathroom and all the cozy vibes).
Inspiration on tap, thanks to the beauty of our land and the surrounding area of the stunning Sierra Valley.
A welcoming, laid-back community of nature lovers and fellow creatives.
Resident Artist Responsibilities
Musicians: Share your music with us once a week around the campfire.
Visual Artists: Show your work, make art here on the land, creative workshops for our guests -we’re open to suggestions.
Artists cover their own meals, travel and art supplies.
Application Process
We review applications on a rolling basis—if it feels like a good fit, we’ll reach out. Applications are now open for 2025, we cannot wait to see how our enchanted forest inspires you!
