CANCELLATION POLICY

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:

For cancellations on reservations of one cabin only the following cancellation policies apply:

Guests who cancel 2 weeks or more before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged no fee 

Guests who cancel between 2 weeks and 1 week before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount

Guests who cancel less than 1 week before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.

DATE CHANGES:

PLEASE NOTE: Date changes can only be made 2 weeks or more before 6.00PM on the day of your check-in.  No date changes to a reservation will be accepted after that time..

MULTIPLE CABINS/GROUP RESERVATIONS

GROUP BOOKINGS/RESERVATIONS OF 2+ CABINS:

For a full refund on group reservations or bookings that involve 2+ cabins you must give 30 days in advance of your reservation date.  Any cancellations made after this date are non refundable. 

No date changes on group bookings can be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS: 

Please note we do not take responsibility for inclement weather and cannot make any exceptions for cancellations due to cold, rain, snow, fog, or smoke.

We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in lieu of this and check the weather before your trip and pack appropriately.

There will be no refunds or credits given for problems beyond our control, such as weather, fire, family emergencies, power outages, road closures or any other unavoidable occurrence.

Storm/road closures:  No refunds will be given if guests are unable to arrive at the property due to road closures.  This could include, but is not limited to , storms, rock slides, snow and fire. 

If all accessible roads to the property are reported closed by the appropriate governmental authorities, a credit will be issued to be used within 6 months of the scheduled arrival date.

Constellation Creek reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations.
